Research Aims
The CCASAnet project has multiple research aims:
- Research Topic #1: Optimization of long-term ART
- Research Topic #2: Co-infections and co-morbidities
- Research Topic #3: HIV outcomes in women
- Research Topic #4: New statistical methods
CCASAnet has also received a research supplement to explore the link between HIV and cancer in Latin America and the Caribbean. The significance and specific aims of this research are outlined in the cancer supplement proposal.
